Child safety standards
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These are the child safety standards of Ochrine, the app and platform available at ochrine.com, on Google Play and on the App Store. They apply to all content and every interaction on Ochrine: artworks, images, profiles, comments, messages and exhibitions.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Ochrine strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, without limitation:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — photograph, video, illustration, painting, sculpture, AI-generated or manipulated imagery — including when presented as artwork;
- content that sexualises anyone under 18 or depicts them in sexual or sexually suggestive situations;
- grooming: contacting a minor with the aim of sexually exploiting them, including through private messages;
- sextortion, child trafficking, and any request, offer, purchase, sale or exchange of content involving child exploitation;
- links or pointers to such content outside the platform.
Artistic context is not an exception. No work that sexualises children is accepted on Ochrine.
What we do
- We remove such content as soon as we become aware of it and permanently close the accounts involved.
- We report cases to the relevant authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and, in Brazil, SaferNet and the Federal Police, and preserve the information needed for the investigation, as required by law.
- We cooperate with the authorities in any related investigation.
- You must be of legal age in your country of residence to create an account on Ochrine; minors may only use the platform with the consent of their legal guardian.
How to report
In the app you can report comments and block users directly. To report any content, profile or conversation involving child abuse or exploitation, write to contact@ochrine.com with the link or username. Every such report is handled as a priority.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
